Come quasi tutte le donne ho sperimentato per anni ogni tipo di dieta e intruglio per dimagrire, patendo molta fame.
Ultimamente é cambiato qualcosa nella conoscenza e nella percezione del nostro organismo, e una sana dieta é diventato sinonimo di alimentazione salutare, per vivere meglio, che dura tutta la vita e che limita le nostre privazioni.
Mangiare sano e fare un moderato esercizio fisico aiuta a vivere meglio. Mi sono appassionata a questi argomenti, e più li conoscevo, più mi accorgevo che c’era molto altro da scoprire, fino a quando mi sono resa conto che tutte le informazioni che mi hanno aiutata a conoscermi meglio potevano essere utili anche ad altri, e le racconto su questo blog.
